Hello :D

Say, I have loaded image of the House in the graphics mill component. And I select the floor

by making polygonic region on the floor. Here I select another texture or image pattern

of small size (for eg:- a picture of the flower, small size) and i want to see this flower to be

rendered on the selected portion of the image (i.e floor).

What I am trying to say is that, if the floor is cream color and I render a image of flower,

its like seeing the floor with the image of the flower. It will give a brief idea of the floor how

it looks if this flower is used as DESIGNER TILE. So its like getting the imaginary idea before

changing the real cream colored floor to this new flowery look. (H)

Ok, hope to see some idea how to do this with gm2.0 api.

Many Thanks.

With Regards,

Hello Raghavendra,

I have modified the ]polygon rubberband code sample (View post). Now you can:

  1. Load the image.

  2. Make a polygon selection.

  3. Apply recoloring or draw the pattern.

From the code you can specify the path to the pattern image and specify overall transparency.

I have attached full VB6 project.

Hope this helps.
