Getting this error on: Aurigima Up 1.4 with a .Net implementation. Works fine with a 2 sec video. Fails on a 25 sec/27 mb file.

"some server-side error occurred http code 5xx received"

Please help!

You have got server-side error. You said that it works with short videos. I assume that te problem is caused by limit on POST request length. Please learn the following topics (according to your server platform) to resolve the problem:

Maybe this will help someone.

We increased the maxrequest length from 200mb to 2gb and added a maxcontentlength of 2gb to the requestfiltering.

That seems to work.
