Hello All,
I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask my query. But i googled and found this forum which can help me. I am using Aurigma Up for a web site for a mobile.
I have to upload image on server and for that i am using this tool.

On image upload screen, i identify the device using user string and if it is iPhone/iPod/iPad, i am asking user to install aurigma up by clicking a link.
Clicking this link will take user to app store and will install the app.
When user click on Browse file, Aurigma Up app will open. It was working fine, but for some time,
very strangely, it is showing error "Not a valid License" for iPhone/iPad.

Do we need to buy a license?
Is it not free?
What does license cost?

Please let me answer your Aurigma Up questions.

First of all, Aurigma Up is free. We have paid version, you can purchase it if you need client side resizing or video recompressing. If you need any additional information about paid Aurigma Up license please contact us at sales@aurigma.com.

"No valid license key" error message means that you have inserted incorrect license key into your Aurigma Up link. Here are possible reasons:
  • You have different domain names in uploadUrl and returnUrl, but the license key is associated with single domain only. Please note that you should have 2 license keys if you have different domain names in uploadUrl and returnUrl. Please get one more key on our site (the keys are free).
  • The license key is associated with wrong domain name. You have license keys for fnioutlier.genstrax.com and 63.137.147.212. Ip based license keys are not available in free versions, so "63.137.147.212" should be used as domain name. Please check that the domain names and keys in your Aurigma Up link are correct.

    If everything is OK, please share your Aurigma Up link code and provide me with the direct link to your Aurigma Up page so I can test it myself. Also please specify the device which you are using.

    I didn't make any change to my code since i deployed it to test server and it was working fine.
    But since few day i am getting "Not a Valid key" Error.

    I generated new key for same domain and it is working now.

    Is there any expiry for a free license key?
    If yes what is the time period for a key as valid?

    Actually, Aurigma Up license keys don't have any expiration date. It is very strange that the key suddenly stopped working.
    Please let me know if you face up with the same problem again.

    I generated a key for my development machine using IP 192.168.50.56, and it is working perfectly. But similarly i generated a key for my staging server 63.137.147.212, it is showing "No Valid License Found" error.

    Hi Jeevan,

    Could you please provide me with the direct link toy our Aurigma Up page so I can test it myself (login/password)? (you can submit new support ticket if you don't want to post credentials on the forum)
    Also please clarify what mobile device do you use (iOS/Android)?
