I'm using IU8 in an ASP.Net project (Visual Studio 2005 SP1) on Windows XP with Internet Explorer 8. When I launch my site from VS, IE8 begins to load my page, but a just-in-time debugger window appears with the following message: "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in iexplore.exe [1712]." I have the Uploader control log window enabled (debug level 3), which shows: 1.[js_info] Start apply uploader init object. 2.[js_info] Finish apply uploader init object. Java is enabled in IE. I'm rather new to ASP, so I'm probably missing something obvious. The real kicker is that the page loads perfectly in the Chrome browser. The IU8 control looks great in Chrome! Any suggestions on what I could try?
