Hello Sam, As far as I understand, you are in development state. In this, case I recommend you to update your Image Uploader Flash to the latest version (v7.2.9) downloading it from our website. Please do not forget to clear browser cache (press ctrl + F5 to reload the page and clear cache). Also, please be sure that you have installed the latest Adobe Flash Player. Then try uploading and let me know about results. If the problem persists, please provide me with a direct link to your page with Image Uploader Flash (login/password if any).
