This topic includes a VB.NET sample application, which demonstrates how to implement an effect of magnifying glass on a bitmap viewer.
  1. The application allows to open any image through the standard open file dialog.
  2. You can see the magnifier with a threefold increase (default value), when you move the mouse cursor over the image.
  3. You can change value of increasing, and set your own border of the glass or remove it.
