Hi,

I'm unable to use Aurigma on my private network.

When I go to http://i.aurigma.com/ to try the demo it works fine.

Then I downloaded the SDK, deployed the PHP version on one of our Intranet server and entered the licence key.
From the iPad (running IOS5) I connect to our corportate network and click on the link to the SDK.
The page loads on the iPad but when I click on the upload button, I get a "Loading" window which never stops.

Could you please help?

Thanks for your report.

We confirm that there is a problem with using Aurigma Up on iOS 5. Our developers are working on this problem. I will keep you posted about. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello Benoit,

Could you please provide me with a screen shot of the iPad screen when the issue occurs? Have you installed Aurigma Up on your iPad though AppStore before uploading? If not, please try to install it, and let me know about results.

Hi,

Here are two screenshots: one before pushing on the button and one after.
When you push on the button, does Aurigma tries to reach your website or another website?
Could it be a license issue?

No, Aurigma Up does not reach Aurigma site or other else.

Yes, Aurigma has been installed from the app store.
Screenshots were taken today, installation was performed last week.

Hi,

Using the demo site works.
Re-installing the app does not solve the issue.

Hi Dmitry,

I didn't write any code. This is the SDK (php version) where I just inserted a license number.
Unfortunately you won't be able to test the page as it is located on our Intranet.
The reason is perhaps due to the fact that our proxy rewrites URL's.
I will check with our infrastructure team if that happens only for http/https URL or any URL (including 'aurup:' URL).

Hi Dmitry,

I got confirmation that due to the Extranet connection, all the URL's are rewritten (not only http or https). I think this is the root cause of the issue.
I will check with our infrastructure team if we can avoid this rewritting for "aurup" URL.
I will open a new forum thread if I encounter a new issue.
