If I try to add a product - general the system works fine. If I try to add a product photo, I get the page not found error. I can't figure out what I did (am doing) wrong.

Hello guys,

Please check whether your folders with admin components includes the necessary files. If you renamed admin/ folder please make sure that it contains required files. If you made new one, please copy all files from admin/ folder to the new one.

Thanks Dmitry!

It looks like everything's there. It is inside a zencart installation, so there's many other folders and files of course.....but when I compare the admin folder contents, it seems to match.

The installation is inside of a Joomla site, which is a sub-domain.....not sure if that's significant. I know if I try to place a file for download inside the joomla sub-domain, the browsers treat it like an ftp download and ask for login info.

If I put the download into the root directory, it allows a download to proceed normally. I haven't stopped to figure that one out. This has nothing to do with the Aurigma/zencart installation directly, I'm just mentioning this unusual behavior, because you may realize something an amateur like me wouldn't.

Hello Bobby,

If it is possible, could you please provide us with an access to Zen Cart admin, and FTP (you can submit new support ticket with this data)? We will be able to check it ourselves.

Hey Dimitry,

I added a support ticket with the login info, etc.

I just uninstalled zencart, made sure the whole store folder was emptied and did a clean install. I followed the installation instructions for the photo order for zencart. The instructions are expecting a category named Photos to be there, but it isn't. When I added the category manually and tried to add a product - photo, I got the same error.
