Hi, Since the update of the java runtime to Java 1.6.0_24 I have this message: "Image uploader encountered some problem. If you see this message, contact web master". The java console log give an exception: Code:>getResponseBodyAsString:4

Hello, You are right your version of Image Uploader is obsolete. Unfortunately, it is out of support now. However, I checked Image Uploader 4 on http://demo.aurigma.com/ImageUploader4/ in Chrome 10.0.648.134 and Firefox 3.6.15 (I have installed Java 1.6.0_24). It worked okay without problems. Could you please provide me with information where you experience this problem? Also, it would be great if you share a direct link to Image Uploader page (login/password if any). I am having the exact same issue, was this ever resolved? I have a private version... Image uploader ver iu.javaAppletCodeBase = "./"; iu.javaAppletCached = true; iu.javaAppletVersion = "4.7.1.0"; iu.javaAppletCodeBase = "./"; starts to upload then sits on Waiting for retry in the upload box. thanks in advance. |

Hello, Could you please provide me with a test link to your page with Image Uploader, where you experience this problem? Also, please let me know the following information: 1. in which browser you experience this problem (with exact version number); 2. if the problem occurs in Java-enabled ones (Firefox, Chrome, etc), please send me Java console output. |
