Almost ever order I receive thru my Zen Cart system is missing one or more files. The order confirmation lists the order with names and specs, but when i go to the order file in FTP, if they've uploaded more than 2 files, almost always one missing. i.e. ordered 3 images, only 2 there., ordered 10 images, might only be 8 there. not same file names, so not an issue with over-writing. any ideas? Hello, Thanks for contacting us. I need additional information on your problem. Please let me know uploaded files are missed from upload/ folder or from orders/ folder. Please upload several images and check first upload/ folder (/zen-cart/photo_files/upload), where uploaded files should be located. Then please try to go on to create order and check orders/ folder (/zen-cart/photo_files/orders). I need to know on what stage these files are missed. Looking forward to your reply. |
