The documentation states that AdditionalFormName is the name for the form you need to submit along with files. I have tried both name and id but I cannot get any additional form data back to the server. I've double triple checked that the form name is correct, but at the server no additional form info comes in (the files get there just fine). I checked what was being sent in Fiddler, and there's no trace of the form data. Any ideas? Tom.

OK, well I've been trying it again, It's working now - and it was all my fault :) I still had some javascript in there changing the metadata on the uploader. Turns out it doesn't add to it, it replaces it (including the field for AdditionalFormName). Thanks anyway.

Hey, did you get this working for the Dual Image Uploader or the Flash control? According to Aurigma, the AdditionalFormName property is not a member of the Flash Uploader control. If you did get form variables to pass with the Flash control, I'd be very interested to know how you did that. Matt

Hello Matt, I attached the sample application to this post. It allows sending additional data along the files using additionalFormName property. You can downlaod and try it.
