Hello,

We're using the Image Uploader on a dev platform and we've seen that when uploading files and click on the browser outside the progress window, the progress window disappears behind the browser.

It's quite probable that when the site goes out to production many people will not want to wait as they're uploading files and will want to click on the browser or another tab etc and it may be confusing if they return to the site and the progress bar isn't visible.

On this demo http://demo.aurigma.com/...ization/default.aspx?en, the progress bar is always on top.

I'm using version 6.5.1.36734.

Regards,

Tarak

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.

I advise you to use custom progress bar. You can hide standard progress dialog in Image Uploader and use custom one which is embedded in your HTML page with Image Uploader.

The detailed description how to perform it you may find in the documentation: add the custom progress bar.

In addition, I created demo sample with custom progress bar. I attached it for your reference. I think this sample will be helpful.

If you have any additional question please feel free to let me know.
