We have had a few instances where the SourceFileSize is zero. When this happens, the thumbnail that is uploaded is a generic "file" icon from Windows.
I'm not sure why this is happening, or how best to remedy this from the server to uploader communication.

Hello, Thank for contacting us. James, please let me know the following: - the Image Uploader version number;
- the used type of browser and its exact version number;
Could you provide me with a link to your site (login/password, if any) where you experience this problem? If it is not possible, please send code snippet with configuration of Image Uploader. Also it would be great, if you send me a couple of used images to test. Looking forward to reply from you. |
