Recommendation for developers

I've been struggling to find good developers that have direct experience with Image Uploader and PHP. Anyone in the forums know of any trusted developers please?

I've got as far as installing the applet into my website, and uploading moderately sized images is okay. But larger files give the message "the server attempted to redirect, but server redirects are not supported.". I am aware that this question is covered in the FAQ of the uploader documentation and has three possible scenarios as to why this is occuring.

The website is an ecommerce site running Prestashop which uses Smarty and PHP.
