We have the same error on a macbook pro and iPad when using the photo uploader. "Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same process caused an error." Any ideas what could be done to fix this?

Hello, Thanks for your issue. Could you provide me with additional details? Please let me know what release of Java do you use? Also try to update your Java version up to last one.
