Hi there, do you have any file size limitation when using the express version of image uploader, I know you said 3Mpix on the thumbnail but does that also apply to the source file size. the file size I'm trying to upload is around 5 MB and it's proabably 5 Mpix. I am uploading a small thumbnail (300x300) and the original file. is the express version going to stop the upload of the original file because it's more than 3 Mpix or this just apply to the thumbnail ? the uploader is giving error right now if I try to upload the above file, if I resize it to small file, it's working... Please advise, Thanks, Hisham

Hello Hisham, 3MPix limitation is applied onto thumbnail size only, if you upload source file, it should work without any problem. Most probably, the problem is caused by settings of your server side. What server settings to update you can find in the FAQ. |
