Hi,

Quick question.

We have users uploading jp2 images though the uploader. But they cannot view thumbnails of the images in the uploader. I am assuming this is because we have nothing installed on the machines to enable them to be viewed.

So if we were to install something to view JP2 files would the uploader display them? If so do you have any recommended viewing software?

I would try this out but the users are in a very secure environment and distributed over a large area so thought i'd make sure before embarking on this.

Thanks

Hi,

Image Uploader uses only internal decoders for getting preview thumbnails and there is no way to get them through external software.

Unfortunately, JPEG2K format is not supported, so it cannot be displayed in Image Uploader.
