Hi, I am using Version 6 of the product. I have a trial license and have a page that depicts Multiple Descriptions demo. When I drag and drop files into the custom upload pane, I get the error saying drag and drop is not supported and can be enabled in the private version. Could you give me more details on this ? Also why does drag and drop work with the control but not when I have a custom upload pane ? Thanks, Pavan.

Hi Pavan, Drag and Drop does not work in Multiple Descriptions demo due to security issue. Upload pane in this demo is not the part of Image Uploader, it is just html pane, that is why you cannot use Drag and Drop. |

Tamila, So what license do I require ? Would a professional license do or do I need a private label version ? Note that I only need to be able to drag and drop and I am fine with Aurigma Inc and showing up when the control loads. Please advice. Thanks, Pavan.

Hi Pavan, If you want to use drag and drop in Multiple Description view you need Private Label version with additional functionality. For more information about it please contact us at sales@aurigma.com. However if you use ThreePane view you can use Express, standard or Pro version according to your needs.
