We are reported about several problems with installing Image Uploader ActiveX in Internet Explorer 8 on Windows XP. The problem is not caused by Image Uploader but by other non-compatible with DEP/NX add-ons already installed on user's machine. See details in the Problem with IE 8 and version 5,5,6,0 thread. If your customers encounter the same problem, you can advice them to download and run standalone Image Uploader installer: ImageUploaderRedistributable.msi.
