Slow upload and File does not exist in imageuploader5.jar

Rank: Member Groups: Member Joined: 6/25/2006(UTC) Posts: 20		Hi! We are simultaneously found a couple of problems, so we made a conjecture that they could connected somehow. The first problem is a slow upload speed 30Kbit/s The second is Apache error logs File does not exist: com.aurigma.imageuploader.ImageUploader.class, referer: page_with_ImageUploader File does not exist: META-INF, referer: page_with_ImageUploader imageuploader5.jar is present and both ActiveX and Java Applet are working. Error occurs with first time applet loading. Some times ago upload speed was fine (have no idea about Apache error logs). Slow upload speed report just some users. For some users "File does not exist" occurs but speed is OK. ImageUploader Dual 5,7,24,0 Thanks for consideration! Andrew

You can check it in following way. Create test page with Browse button which allows to upload file on your server. Ask your customer to upload file to your server. If the speed will be the same it means that your customer has bad connection otherwise please let us know. Could you please describe a bit detailed what happen on your page at this moment. Also I recommend you to use Java console, probably you can find there some additional in information.
