Web sites are constantly timing out and pages take literally minutes to load. support@aurigma.com does not respond to email request for support.

Please assist.

I am sorry. We don't provide email-based technical support. We use a support case system instead.

Thank you. You do not seem to understand the fact that your web based system times out every time I use it. Furthermore you do not respond to complaint regarding the fact. We are now stuck with a dysfunctional system with no recourse. Please respond to my mail since your system does not work.

I was able to submit the case over the weekend, the performance issue on your site seems better.
