I have been playing around with the Multiple Descriptions demo in your examples. I tried the ActiveX version on a Windows XP computer. I have a My Pictures folder that has a shortcut to a sub folder of sample images (how these computers come by default). The folder pane on the left shows no subfolders in the My Pictures folder. The main thumbnails pane shows the sub folder but you can't tell it's a shortcut. There is no way to open up the subfolder. If I double-click on it, it opens Windows explorer on the subfolder.
Turns out it does this with the java version as well.
Is there a way to configure Image Uploader to recognize shortcuts? Otherwise, I can see this being very frustrating for the user.

Dmitry,
Are there any plans to add this capability? We love the depth and functionality of Image Uploader (we've purchased a license), but would like to be able to address our customer's complaints about shortcuts not resolving.

Hello Michael, Thanks for your words. We have this feature on our wish-list for Image Uploader. We plan to add it there but I cannot give you time estimates on it because the main problem is Java edition where there is a problem with resolving shortcuts due to Java platform features.
