diagnosing "connection interrupted" errors

Our users are getting the "upload failed (the connection was interrupted)" error whenever they try to upload images. I have the FilesPerOnePackageCount property set to 1, and the error is occurring for any size image, so it doesn't seem to be a length issue. The application works on our local networks -- it seems to be some issue with their network configuration...
Do you have any suggestions for diagnosing the issue? Is there any way that we can get more info about the error, or another way to post the files that we can try in order to determine the problem?
Thanks, Peter

Hi, we are having the same problem. If I try to upload a 4.24MB image under full connection speed, then it is successful. However, as soon as I throttle to 56k, it times out at around 1.13MB. Any ideas on how we can fix this issue?
Thanks

Hello,
Try to increase request execution time for your web application on the server. |
