Did you try to use the Graphics Mill in Coldfusion MX on a Windows server?
It doesn't work, due to a complex object architecture, I guess. Anytime I access a method contained into the ITransforms interface ColdFusion says there is no that method.
I tried also to make a java bridge with jintegra with no results.
