Is there a way to preserve the order of uploaded photos to match the order the user picks the file in.

Testing from the optimized photo upload demo it presents a directory of the the thumbnails and what ever order the pictures are in within the directory is the order they are uploaded to the server in.

I need to get it so utitilizing the optimized upload feature that if a user drags and drops pictures or selects pictures that what ever order they are SELECTED IN by the USER they are uploaded to the server in that order.

example

pictures in directroy

DSCN0001
DSCN0002
DSCN0003
DSCN0004
DSCN0005

The user selects:

DSCN002
DSCN001
DSCN005
DSCN003
DSCN004

This is the order they are uploaded to on the server.

Any of the modes able to do this, and utilize the optimized upload option?

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hello,

Unfortunately two panes layout used in optimized upload sample does not allow these functionality, it always uploads files in the order how they are listed in the folder pane.

If you want to allow users to rearrange upload order you need to use three panes layout. This layout allows to drop images into upload pane and define upload order there.
Sincerely yours,
