I've got a bizarre one. I have a user on Mac Leopard OS, using Firefox 3.0.5. She has the latest version of Java installed. We are running the dual uploader, version 5.1.10.0.
When she clicks on the folder that has the photos in it (it's a subfolder within another folder), the photos folder closes itself up within the parent folder. She can never get into the folder that has the photos.
She says this is a problem that started a week ago -- she had no problem up until then (and I believe her -- her account is full of photos, so it's not like she is a new user to our system).
Any guesses as to the problem?

Hello, I recommend you to update your version of Image Uploader because it is very old. The latest version of Image Uploader is 5.7.24. This version has many fixes, I think it helps you. You can dowload Image Uploader 5.7.24 here. |
