Dear all, I have a web site where people upload their file with dual version 4.7.16 of ImageUploader. Some people complain about not being able to upload their files. Instead of having the ImageUploader interface on the screen, a white page steel remain, and the activex never load. I suggested these persons to have a look at security options in ie, but the problem still occurs. What I can not understand is that even with windows xp and ie7, which is my configuration, one can not load the activex. Would you please be so kind to give me an idea of what the problem could be. Hello, Most likely that your ImageUploader4.cab file has expired certificate. You can found solution of this problem in Aurigma certificate is expired article. |

Hello and thank you for your answer. I upgraded to version 4.7.16 last august and thought that I got new CLSID..... I'll download again version 4.7.16 where there is indication new CLSID, replace cab file, zip archive and .js file and let you now about the result. Best regards, csa09966
