We implemented 5.5 for our client and so far it works great. There are two items related to Macs that I hope you can give me information on:

Issue 1:
FF 2 and Safari 3 for Mac: we experience a screen redraw or refresh issue

The last post I could find about Mac and the screen refresh issue was this:

I was wondering if anything has been done since that time to address the issue mac users have when they scroll the browser window?

Scrolling the browser window causes the applet to disappear for a second. See this issue in FF2 and Safari

Issue 2: Safari 3 will intermittently throw a slow script error - please see the attachment.

I can not tell what precipitates this - is this a known issue?

Hello Lisa,

Thank you for your post.

These two issues are known. At this moment they are still not resolved and the next minor version will not include these fixes.

We will do our best to fix them in one of the next applet versions.
Sincerely yours,
Dmitry Sevostyanov
