Hi,
We are going to use Aurigma Image Loader control in our site in order to upload images. Our site is going to be visited for several users (maybe 2000 daily). These users speak spanish and could not be experts in computer related things.
During the testing process we found some computers where was impossible to install the control. We checked the internet security options and everything related activex controls was enabled.
I would like to know if there is an official information/help/support page (in spanish language) from Aurigma where I can redirect the people in case the plugin doesn't download or install correctly.

Your Client had installed Windows 98 or Me?
Image Uploader is not clearly Windows 98 and Me...
I had Same problem, so requested fix that bug to Aurigma.....
Aurigma Devlop team know that bug, and will fix that bug..
