Hi

When using ImageUploader one of my users can't navigate to a differnet folder to choose her images.

She's using IE 7 on WinXP and ImageUploader v 4,7,0,0

Hi,

Do you mean that there is no response when she clicks some folder on a tree pane or GoToFolder method does not work?
Best regards,

Hi Eugene

There is no response when she clicks some folder on a tree pane and it then 'sticks' on the one file (the last selected one I believe).

TIA

Laurence

Does it happen with any folder or with only some of them? If with only some of them – please give me some information about folder content: file types, size and so on.

Does standard Windows Explorer work normally with same folders?

It sis stuck on the last used file/folder and she can't click onto any other folder so I can't determine if it's a specific folder or not.

As far as I'm aware Windows Explorer works OK for these folders as she has used these images in a Word Document which handled them fine.

You can reset information about last visited folder by deleting registry key manually. Run regedit from command line and delete this key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Aurigma/ImageUploader.

Then try to test again.
