Hello, I send a few E-Mails to the support, but I get no answer :( I insure myself that I can change the Domain name again. Only for this reason I bought it at that time. And know I want to change my domain name, because the name has changed. So I need a new license for my new name. Please contact me finally. stef1234 at web.de

Hi Stefan, I have just looked to our CRM and found out that we have sent you a reply yesterday. Did you get anything? If not, in short the procedure for domain replacement is the following: 1. You send us your domain name and if possible order information you used to buy it (if you remember it). 2. We prepare for you a request for license key replacement template. It states that you are aware that the old license is no longer valid, etc. 3. You sign it and fax us back. 4. We add your new keys to your account (My Licenses & Downloads section). As far as I can see we have already sent you a request paper. If you did not get it yet, please post about here and we will try to send it from some alternative email address.
