When I am trying to upload the image using image unloader(version is 5,1,1,0) the message giving 'No valid license key for current DNS/IP address'. But I have a valid web farm License. The key provided from the ‘Aurigma’ for the my load balancer device. my image unloader version is 5,1,1,0. I am using windows 2000 professional and Firefox version 2.0.0.13. Proxy server setting is there in my system. I found that the message display only in the system where Proxy server setting is there. How can I solve this issue. Thanks for any help.
