Monochrome bmp is black and white bmp format , can we compress more monochrome bmp i.e. can we reduce the size of this black and white bmp!!!!!

1-bit BMP format does not allow compression. However you can store these files in TIFF format which supports compression algorithms optimized for 1-bit images.
