Has anyone had an issue where if you do not use the image upload within 10-15 minutes of the page being open, it does not work at all? If I wait too long, then click the upload button and it does not respond. Whn accessing the program right away, it works fine. I am using the java only version, since we are using it in safari, firefox and IE. Any insight would be appreciated, thanks! -Greg

Hello Greg, Actually it looks like some session timeout has expired. But this is a reason only if you failed to upload files. If you cannot get access to Image Uploader on the page then I would like to get more info. Do you have link to the page where the problem occurs? What time have I wait until it stops working? |
