Hi,
We love this product and will be using it within our site. The only downside we have experienced is that displaying the thumbnail view it is very slow, and heavy on processing power.
The same delay is present when the images get processed prior to upload.
Is this a known problem, and is there a fix?
I am testing using Windows XP, IE 6 on an AMD1.8Mhz

Hi George, It was discussed already in View post. We plan to fix it in Image Uploader 3.0 where we add fast loading thumbnails emebeded in JPEG (via EXIF). |

Thanks for the speedy response!
This post says the problem was fixed in version 2.1 and I am using version 2.5.
Did this fix not work? Will I need to wait until version 3.0?

In Image Uploader 2.5 speed was improved in about 2 times, however it isn't enough. That's why we will implement in version 3.0 thumbnail extraction instead of thumbnail generation. |
