Hello, We've been getting occasional reports from users that the uploader "stalls" during upload at various points and just sits there forever at xKB of totalKB uploaded. It seems to be mostly happening to XP Firefox users. This only happens once in awhile. Can I get some pointers on how we could sleuth this problem or what to look for? Hello Justin, The best way to find the reason of the Image Uploader for Java problem is to get its Java console dump of the error. So if you users may get it please ask them for it and send it to us.
