Rank: Newbie Groups: Member Joined: 1/7/2008(UTC) Posts: 4		hi, Dont know if this has been discussed in another thread, but we tried to implement the demo of Aurigma on a demo site to preview the capabilities and integration with AWS S3 and everytime the ActiveX loaded, it crashed the IE. It shows up the below error. Any ideas why this might be happening? IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error The exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occurred in the application at location 0x02a02f05. We tried to do it with IE 6.0 / 7.0, Windows XP/Vista with no success. Is it crashes with any files or some types only? Rank: Newbie Groups: Member Joined: 1/7/2008(UTC) Posts: 4		hi, We are not sure when and how to reproduce this exactly. We are looking for feedback from Aurigma if you have found any information. There are a couple of machines on which this works without any problems and there are some where this does not work and it displays the above shown error. The machine it did not work was a Win 2000, IE6 i.e. the version mentioned above. We need to go live with this control and need to make a buying decision sooner than later. Please let us know if this is a known issue. regards Harish

I tested it in Win2K server with IE 6.0 and it worked fine. Try to use the latest version. If the problem still occurs, please give me your IU configuration page, I’ll perform additional testing.
