Our customers are able to log into our website and upload files via html forms, but aren't able to do via Aurigma if a firewall is enabled. Why is this?

What kind of problems they have? Does firewall removes ActiveX controls or blocks outgoing traffic?

Anyway, if firewalls are configured to do that we have nothing to do. The only workaround is to configure exceptions for your site, add Image Uploader to a list of trusted apps or something like this.

We don't have the specifics of the users' firewall as they are customers trying our site from all over.

Users will either get the "The evaluation period has expired" or "Aurigma has encountered some problem" error messages. We've noticed a trend that users behind some sort of firewall will run into this.

You can play around with our upload areas at http://www.thefamilypost...07&password=password Click on the "Albums" tab and explore there.

I hope we can get this resolved.

It looks like something is wrong with your license keys on this page. I have replied your email regarding this issue.
