Hi,

I am just wondering if there are any plans to incorporate other filters into the Image Uploader. I have tried using the UploadThumbnailResizeQuality parameter which I note uses the Bell filter. This does do the job but can leave image with a blurry looking feel to them.

Would it therefore be possible to include something like Lanczos or Bilinear filters in a future release?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

We have chosen these filters as our tests show that they give the best resize quality (better then Lanczos and Bilinear).

Hi,

Thank you for clarifying that. Is there likely to be an update where we can choose which filter to apply to the images? or will it always be the Bell filter by default.

Thanks

Hello,

We don't plant to include it in the nearest releases. You can select only the general level of resize quality.
