Hi,

when testing the uploader in mac environment I found a problem. When I drag & drop a file to the upload area the UploadFileCountChange event is not fired. This causes the send button to not appear in our app. It fires alright when using the buttons.

Environment: Mac OS X
Browser: Firefox 2
Applet version: "2.5.4.0"
It bug always appear and did reproduce on two different mac's.

Any ideas, suggestions or simular expirence?

Regards,
Velox

Hello,

We have reproduced the bug on our Mac. We have tried to fix it quickly, but this problem is wider than we thought so this big will be fixed in further releases. Thank you for the bug report.
Sincerely yours,
Alex Makhov

Hello Alex,

I have users on Firefox Mac who are also impacted for this same reason. Please notify my via e-mail as soon as there is any kind of patch available. Any timeframe? Do you know what version this bug was introduced so that I may revert back to that version when MAC Firefox is running?

Thanks,
Andrew

I am still seeing this bug with the 5.0 release and it has been an ongoing point of frustration for our users. Is there a fix or workaround that can be applied on this?
