Java Ver 1.4.2 Image Uploader freezes.

Rank: Member Groups: Member Joined: 9/4/2007(UTC) Posts: 1		I am using IU 4.5.35.0. Java version 1.4.2 on Windows XP Pro, and it crashed on IE and Firefox. The applications loads fine on start up. As soon as I try to navigate to another folder the application freezes, and will not perform any other functions. It is on a Linux machine with JSP. If I update to the newest java release everything works fine. On Java 1.4.2 after it locks up. You can refresh the window and the application will work fine after that. You can navigate, upload, add descriptions. Everything. Chad www.lnxhosting.ca

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Member Joined: 8/3/2003(UTC) Posts: 998		Hello Chad, I think there were some problems with earlier versions of JRE and in newer version they have been fixed. So the only one way I see is to install the newer versions.
