Quality Meter with IE or Firefox : BUG ?

This is my code :

iu.addParam("QualityMeterFormats", "Format 10 x 15,1190,790,1.34;Format 15 x 21,1590,1190,1.34;" + 
        "Format 20 x 30,2390,1590,1.34");

When we use IE7, we have the right behavior.

Color rectangles are right:

at the bottom, we find the quality meter for picture 10x15,

just above the quality meter for picture 15 x 21

and at the top picture 20x30.

If we put the mouse on rectangle we have the right description too.

When we use Firefox, we have the same Color Rectangle order BUT when we put the mouse on the bottom rectangle, we get the text "Format 20x30"

and on the top we get "Format 10X15", and that's wrong !

Do you know this bug ?

and more important do you have a patch !

It works well for IE:

when we hover the quality meter (every rectangle) we get

Qualité image

Format 20 x 30

Format 15 x 21

Format 10 x 15

but Firefox don't read "\n" and we get :

Qualité image Format 20 x 30 Format 15 x 21 Format 10 x 15

Do you have a tip to correct that ?

We have suggested to our customer to buy your product, and know he couldn't understand he paied for this kind of result, we are really embarrassed ... we have to find a solution ... or loose a customer !
