Example: Text Before Encoding: This is my long description that seems to go on and on. I am going to write a long sting of text here to crash the up loader ocx file for this example. This amount of text should do t Text After Encoding: This%20is%20my%20long%20description%20that%20seems%20to%20go%20on%20and%20on%2E%20I%20am%20going%20to%20write%20a%20long%20sting%20of%20text%20here%20to%20crash%20the%20up%20loader%20ocx%20file%20for%20this%20example%2E%20I%20seem%20to%20have%20to%20type%20over%20100%20characters%20before%20it%20crashes%2E%20This%20amount%20of%20text%20should%20do%20t Full #URL# entered into iu.addParam("Action","#URL#"): http://servername/binn/filename.cfm?Site=12345678&Auth=123456789&Au=001&Title=This%20is%20my%20long%20test%20title%20name%20that%20goes%20on&Desc=This%20is%20my%20long%20description%20that%20seems%20to%20go%20on%20and%20on%2E%20I%20am%20going%20to%20write%20a%20long%20sting%20of%20text%20here%20to%20crash%20the%20up%20loader%20ocx%20file%20for%20this%20example%2E%20I%20seem%20to%20have%20to%20type%20over%20100%20characters%20before%20it%20crashes%2E%20This%20amount%20of%20text%20should%20do%20t Results: Internet explorer closes with debug error dialog upon form being submitted from 'page1.html' to 'page2.html'. [Image was removed] Steps of site: Page1.htm submits to page2.htm Page1.htm - Form var = Title: Input type: text, max char = 45 - Form var = Desc: Textarea Page2.cfm - encodes variable to url format - creates #URL# string - displays image uploader ocx.
