When using Image Uploader in Multiple Descriptions mode on Firefox (not tested yet in IE) and adding a lot of images (approx > 20) many of the images that are added and appear as entries in the bottom pane do not have a thumbnail. My CPU sits on 100% appearing to be working hard to generate more thumbnails but no more appear.

Is this a known problem? Is there anything I can do/set to try to resolve this problem?

Is this likely to do with the number of files I'm trying to upload or more to do with the size of the files that it's generating thumbnails for?

Rgds,

Phil

Hello,

Try to update to the last version of Image Uploader. There are some folder reading speed improvements. Also you should try if this problem occur while using the ActiveX version of Image Uploader on IE.

Sincerely yours,
