Dear Aurigma;

How are you? Hope all is well.

We are registered users of Aurigma Image Uploader v.4.1 (Dual).

Question: Is there a way to "force" the user to enter a "Description" for the image, and show an error if the Description is blank or too short? In other words, I think there is a function called "MaxDescLength" (not sure of that exact function name as I am writing this from memory, and the actual/correct name may be different) which captures/limits the maximum length for the Description text. We are trying to find out if there is a similar function that will enable us to catch/determine the "Minimum" length of Description (Descriptions that are too short or of zero length). We are trying to prevent users from uploading images with a blank/zero "Description", and need a way to be able to do so.

Please advise.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

You can use UploadFileDescription indexed property to check all descriptions in BeforeUpload event handler and deny upload (just return false) if any of the descriptions are too short.
