Can we develop/test on a local machine (localhost) with the same license keys?

Hi! We are using ImageUploader V. 4.1 (Dual), and doing the development/testing work in ".Net" on a local box, under the premise that once the code is debugged, fully functional and working fine then it will be uploaded to the web server. We seem to be receiving some unexplained errors, and the code is not working as expected. The original License Key/Registration was done under the Domain Name (e.g., www.companyname.com). My questions to you now are as follows: Can a developer continue to do the development work in ".Net" on a local box, and do the testing by publishing/uploading files to the local host? Or, since the License Key/Registration is for the Internet domain name (www.companyname.com) the local host testing will not work, and we have to do the development on the server box itself due to the domain name restriction? Our local development box is running Windows 2003 Server as the operating system, and for all other purposes we can easily test/publish to the local host (local box) then upload to the web server. Not sure if we can continue to use the same approach (publish to LocalHost for testing) for Image Uploader 4.1 too. Do we need to request separate License Keys for Testing/Development Purposes? If yes, how do we go about receiving those? Please Help! Thanks! Mona.
