We recently upgraded our software from the Java 1.x Image Uploader to the new Dual Version. We have only received a key for the ActiveX 4.x version and when I try to use that or our old Java 1.x license key with the new Java version I consistently get a "This is still in Trial Version" message.
It appears several other folks have had this problem or a similiar one on here, I'm wondering how long it takes to get this resolved. I've tried the phone number on the site and it goes direct to recording everytime. I emailed the "Response Problem" this morning as well, no response.
Our production customers are seeing this Trial Version message and its terribly unprofessional. If any of the mods on here can put me in touch with the right person quickly, it would be much appreciated.
