Hi, one of our users sent us a mail, that the java client sent an exception, if he selects a photo: Code:sun.awt.image.ImageFormatException: Unsupported color conversion request
sun.awt.image.JPEGImageDecoder.readImage(Native Method)
sun.awt.image.JPEGImageDecoder.produceImage(Unknown Source)
sun.awt.image.InputStreamImageSource.doFetch(Unknown Source)
sun.awt.image.ImageFetcher.fetchloop(Unknown Source)
sun.awt.image.ImageFetcher.run(Unknown Source)
Maybe you know more about that? Thanks and best regards from germany! Stefan Edited by user Wednesday, December 19, 2007 3:00:27 PM(UTC)

Hello Stefan, We have never received such bug report. It seems the problem occurs with specific image. Could you ask your customer to send the image he selects. Please forward it to us in order we tried to reproduce the problem. |
Best regards, Fedor Skvortsov
