Remove last file from uploadPane doesnt fire event

We can remove file one by one by pressing "Del" or right-click then click "remove from upload-list". The 1st method (pressing DEL) doesnt fire the "UploadFileCountChange" event. The 2nd method works find. Any workaround for the 1st method?

The problem only happen for the last file in the upload pane I am using IU4, with OnePane layout
