Hi,

I'm creating this new thread because we are at a loss at how to proceed. We have an ongoing support ticket but the support has not replied for over two weeks. They also do not answer the phone (or call back after we left a message) Anxious their sudden lack of support has occoured when we flagged up a critical issue, before that they were very quick to reply

The problem is we have two image uploaders (on same server but different accounts) which we recently upgraded (for a total of $500) but now one of the uploaders does not work. It appears the software doesn't function correctly when you are using more than one uploader on the same server as they are both trying to access the same tmp files.

We have tried with fresh downloads with trail licenses on a completely different server to double check this is indeed the issue, which it appears to be as we get the same result there.

Anyone else having the same issue?

I think I am having this same issue. Our production site stops working when a dev/staging site on the same server is used. What is the solution that was hinted at above?
